Inspired by: Plinko, the pricing game from The Price Is Right (1983). Ours is an independent play-money game, not affiliated with the show.
Choose your bet, risk level, and number of rows. Press Drop ball or Space. The ball bounces through the pegs and lands in a pocket. Its multiplier times your bet is the total amount returned, including any returned stake.
Low risk offers smaller top prizes and gentler losses. Medium risk balances the two. High risk puts more of the return into rare edge pockets, reaching 1,000× on the 16-row board. Center pockets are much more likely than edges. All nine boards return about 98% over the long run; no setting guarantees a profit.
Select any pocket to see its exact return for your chosen bet and the chance of landing there. For example, a $25 ball landing in a 0.2× pocket returns $5: that is a $20 loss. Bets go from $5 to $500 in $5 steps, so every payout is a whole number of chips.
Start with a separate $1,000 challenge balance and take exactly 20 drops at $50 each. Choose your risk and rows between drops, then try to finish with your highest balance. Your run resumes after a reload, and your personal best is saved on this device. Challenge money never changes your casino bankroll or casino lifetime stats. Finish a run to play again.
Every row is an independent 50/50 choice between left and right, drawn using your browser’s random-number generator. The animation follows that path. Balls do not change each other’s results. Every drop is resolved and saved when you launch it; reloading the page cannot reroll a ball or erase its payout. You can launch up to eight balls at once. Wait for them to land before changing risk or rows.
You start with $1,000, shared with the other Limestone casino games. If you have less than the $5 minimum and no balls in flight, Reset to $1,000 starts a new casino run for free. Your lifetime stats stay saved. If your balance covers a smaller bet, lower your bet to keep playing.
