All seven contracts and their deal sizes printed on the pad — from "2 sets" to the three-run finale — with two full games on one sheet and the card values at the bottom.

Contract Rummy is rummy with homework: every deal assigns a contract, the exact combination of sets and runs you must assemble before you're allowed to lay anything down — and it must go down complete, in one turn. Once your contract is on the table you may extend any melds in sight, and the race to empty your hand begins.
The seven deals harden steadily — two sets is a gentle opening; three runs with a twelve-card hand is a genuine project. The sheet prints each deal's contract and hand size on its row, so there's never a "wait, what are we making?" moment.
A discard nobody claims may be bought out of turn at the cost of an extra card from the stock. When someone goes out, everyone else counts their remains — twos through tens at face value, faces 10, aces 15, jokers as agreed — and the lowest total after deal seven takes the game.
Is this the same as Frustration, Liverpool or Shanghai? Same family, different builds: Frustration runs fourteen contracts, Liverpool ends in a run of seven, and Shanghai stretches to ten rounds with wild deuces. Each has its own printed sheet.
How many decks? Two 54-card decks (jokers in) for three to five players; three decks beyond that.
